摘  要:目的观察不同胎龄新生儿早期血糖水平与窒息程度的关系。方法 测定108例窒息新生儿入院血糖值,按早 产儿、足月儿、轻度窒息、重度窒息分组比较。结果不同胎龄窒息儿血糖水平存在差异,且窒息程度对血糖异常变化有不同 影响。随窒息加重,足月儿较早产儿血糖水平高,且低血糖、高血糖症的发生率均上升,早产儿低血糖发生率上升,高血糖发 生率下降。结论 在窒息状态下,不同成熟度新生儿糖代谢存在差异,应早期常规监测血糖,个体化分析原因。Objective:To observe the relationship between apnea extent and early blood sugar level in different age neonatal. Methods: Blood sugar was measured in 108 apneic newborns on admission, Who were divided into and comparated with different groups by mild asphyxia, severe asphyxia, prematurity and term newborn. Results: There are different blood sugar level in different age apneic neonatal; Different extent apnea can cause probably opposite abnormal changes of blood sugar. With apnea deepen,the blood sugar level of term newborn group is higher than prematurity' s and abnormal incidences of hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia increasing; But in prematurity group hypoglycemia incidences increasing and hyperglycemia descending. Conclusion: There are disparity of sugar metabolism in different age newborns under asphyxia, thus, blood sugar should be monitored regularly and early and analysed personally and deeply.
