芍药甘草汤、芍药甘草汤加味及Diane-35治疗女性高雄激素不孕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 1比较芍药甘草汤与Diane-35降睾酮、提高排卵率、受孕率的效果。2.比较芍药甘草汤(sPL)与SPL加味 降睾酮、提高排卵率、受孕率的效果。方法 1.选择高睾酮血症的女性不孕患者,随机分为3组:Diane-35组、芍甘组、芍甘加 味组。2．各组测定治疗前及治疗第1、2、3、4周期的睾酮值,统计各周期的排卵率、受孕率。结果 1芍甘组治疗各周期睾酮 的下降明显,与 Diane-35组相比差异显著(P<0．01、P<0．01、P<0．05)。第4周期的排卵率受孕率明显高于Diane-35组(P <0．、P<0．01)。2.芍甘加味组治疗各周期睾酮下降明显,与芍甘组相比差异显著(P<0．05、P<0．01、P<0．01)各周期的 排卵率、受孕率明显高干芍甘组。结论 1 SPL 比Diane-35有更好的降睾酮、提高排卵率、受孕率的效果。2 SPL加味有比 SPL更好的降睾酮、提高排卵率、受孕率的效果。Objective： 1.To comparethe effects between the groups of broth soup form peony and liquorice,Diane- 35 on droping the testosterone, raising the rate of ovulation and pregnancy on sterilit females. 2. To compare the effects between the broth soup form peony and liquorice, the addition of peony and liquorice on droping the testosterone, raising the rate of ovulation and pregnancy on sterilit females. Methods： 1.To choose the sterility females with high testosterone blood disease, and than to divide them randomly into three groups： the group of Diane - 35, the group of broth soup form peony and liquorice and the group of addition of peony and liquorice. 2. To determine the level of testosterone between the forward treation and the treat-ion cycles of one, two, three, four. And gather statistics data of the rate of ovulation and pregnancy on every sterilit females groups. Results： 1. There is obvious difference on the droping testosterone between the groups of every broth soup form peony and liquorice, Diane - 35 （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of ovulation and pregnancy in fourth cycle treation with traditional Chinese medicine is clear higher than the group of Diane - 35（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01）. 2. It is obvious difference on the droping testosterone between the broth soup form peony and liquorice, the addition of peony and liquorice（ P 〈 0.05; P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ）. The rate of ovulation and pregnancy in the addition of peony and liquorice is clear higher than other groups. Conclusion： 1. The treating effect of soup form peony and liquorice on droping the testosterone, raising the rate of ovulation and pregnancy on stefilit females of the groups of every broth soup form peony and liquorice is better than the groups of Diane - 35. 2. The treating effect in droping the testosterone, raising the rate of ovulation and pregnancy on sterilit females of the groups of every broth soup form peony and liquorice is better than the groups of addition of peony and liquorice.
