摘　　要：在项目评估中常常会产生许多不确定因素的影响,针对不确定性因素,对收益额、折现率、收益期确定值的影响度进行了分析,以提高收益法结论的可靠度,使收益法评估在对未来收益的预测时,建立在一个更科学合理的基础上。In item evaluation, the influence of many uncertain factors is produced. While income method is used to evaluate, uncertain factors analysis of income sum, conversion rate and income time limit must be emphasized in order to improve the credibility of the conclusion of income method and to lay income method in prediction of future income on more scientific basis.
