摘　　要：本车辆监控调度系统是运用先进的3G技术结合无线网络技术和W eb技术建立的车辆动态管理系统。其特点是实现实时动态定位、调度、监控,改进车辆运行管理,提高车辆运行率和行车安全度。This paper introduces the design thought and realization method of the vehicle＇s monitoring and scheduling system. The system combines GPS, GSM,GIS,wireless network and Web technology to setup the dynamic vehicle management system. The characteristics of the system are dynamic positioning, scheduling, monitoring,improving vehicle＇s management and enhancing the runtime and safety of the vehicle.
