摘　　要：在电子政务工程中,各部门之间信息共享是建设重点内容之一。首先论述了部门交互式审批平台设计的难点和J2EE企业级构架的优点。然后提出了基于J2EE和W eb Service技术,在部门之间进行信息交互的审批平台设计方案,并详细说明该方案的业务构架、网络拓扑、系统构架和系统功能。最后,提出了如何用W eb Service解决在部门之间进行信息交互的方法。Information sharing is one of the most important objects in E-government. The problem in designing of department interaction sanction platform and the benefit of J2EE are discussed first, then a scheme of department interaction sanction platform based on J2EE and Web Service technique is brought forward. Operation frame, network topology, system frame, and system function are discussed in detail. At last, the way of using Web Service to solve information sharing between departments is presented.
