肌苷、吗丁啉对卡马西平致大鼠消化系统损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的:研究肌苷、吗丁啉对卡马西平所致大鼠消化系统损伤的保护作用。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、肌苷预防组与吗丁啉预防组,每组12只。正常对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,其余3组制备卡马西平致消化系统损伤模型,同时肌苷和吗丁啉预防组分别给予肌苷600mg/(kg·d)和吗丁啉15mg/(kg·d)灌胃,90d后处死大鼠,检验肝功能,观察肝、胃、回肠组织病理学变化。结果:模型对照组大鼠一般情况差,肝细胞弥漫性水肿、点状坏死明显,并可见灶状坏死,炎性细胞浸润,纤维结缔组织轻度增生;胃黏膜萎缩,组织水肿,浅表溃疡形成,并可见部分腺体发生肠上皮化生,胃壁各层均可见不同程度炎性细胞(以淋巴细胞为主)浸润。肌苷和吗丁啉预防组肝细胞均轻度水肿,肝小叶内及汇管区炎性细胞轻度浸润,纤维结缔组织轻度增生,偶见坏死;胃、肠黏膜上皮细胞水肿减轻,未见胃、肠浅表溃疡。结论:肌苷与吗丁啉对卡马西平引起的消化系统损伤有一定的保护作用。Aim：To investigate the protective effect of inosine tablets and motilium on rat digestive system injury induced by carbamazepine（CBZ）. Methods： A total of 48 SD rats were randomly allocated into normal control group, model group, inosine group and motilium group. Apart from normal group,the rats in other three groups were given CBZ to induce digestive system injury model,at the same time,the rats of inosine group and motilium group were given inosine and motiliurn,respectively. The animals in 4 groups were executed on the 90th d,the liver function was evaluated and the pathological changes of the liver,stomach, and ileum were observed. Results： Compared with normal control,rats in model group were in bad conditions with hepatocyte edema, focal necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and slight hyperplasia in the liver, atropy of gastric mucosa, edema, and superficial ulcer in stomach, and inflammatory cell infiltration at varied degrees. The above changes were milder in inosine and motilium groups and no gastric or intestinal ulcer was observed. Conclusion： Inosine and motilium have protective effects on the digestive systerm injury induced by CBZ.
