摘　　要：介绍了读者借阅行为失范的种种表现,并针对读者借阅行为失范的原因提出了几条整治对策,即优化育人环境、完善借阅管理制度、加强馆员责任心、采用现代化监测手段和对行为失范的读者进行惩戒等。This paper introduces various representations of university students ＇ aberrant loan behaviors, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving these problems such as optimizing the talents- cultivating environment, perfecting the book-loaning system, strengthening librarians＇ sense of responsibility, adopting the modern monitoring methods, and taking disciplinary action against the readers having the aberrant loan behaviors, etc.
