摘 要:研究动静态转子分离器性能的试验装置;以煤粉为物料,对分离器在不同风量、不同转子转速和不同给粉浓度的条件下进行了试验。通过对试验结果的整理分析,减小风量、提高转速和降低给粉浓度可使出口煤粉变细,R90可以达到5.43%,此时综合分离效率为52.46%。若调整这3个参数时会对分离效率和阻力产生利弊两方面的影响,所以这两个指标的变化情况需要通过详细的分析比较和具体试验来确定。Presented is a test rig for studying the performance of a dynamic-static rotor separator. With pulverized coal serving as a raw material the separator was tested under a variety of conditions, including different airflow rates, different rotating speeds and different concentrations of pulverized coal being fed. After processing and analyzing the test results it has been found that a decrease in airflow rate, an increase in rotating speed and a lowering of pulverized coal concentration can result in a more finely pulverized coal at the outlet with R90 attaining 5.43% and a comprehensive separation efficiency in that case being assessed at 52.46%. However, the adjustment of the above- cited three parameters will engender both favorable and undesirable consequences in respect of separation efficiency and resistance. In view of this, the variation of the latter two items should be closely watched and determined through detailed analyses and specific tests.
