摘　　要：采用相对粘度为2.45的PA6半消光切片生产93 dtex／96 f PA6细旦POY。选择纺丝温度266℃，卷绕速度4100 m／min，纺丝组件压力不低于12 MPa，侧吹风速度0.5 m／s，第一导丝盘／第二导丝盘速度比为0.99，上油率为0.6％时，生产稳定，POY质量较好，断裂强度为3.91 cN／dtex，断裂伸长率为58.21％The fine denier PA6 POY of 93 dtex/96 f was produced by using semi-dull PA6 chips with relative viscosity of 2.45. The qualified POY with elongation at break about 58.21% and breaking strength 3.91 cN/dtex can be produced by selecting spinning temperature 266℃, take-up speed 4 100 m/min, spinpack pressure not less than 12 MPa and cross air blow speed 0.5 m/s, the first-and-second godet speed ratio 0.99, oil pick-up 0.6%.
