摘　　要：采用文献资料调研和调查研究的方法,分析俄罗斯奥运备战体制的变化及存在的问题,在深入剖析这些问题的基础上,为我国竞技体育管理体制改革提出建议与对策。Through using the method of literature investigation,this paper analyzes the change and existing problems of Russian Olympic sports management system. Based on deeply analysis on these problems ,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forwarded for our reform of sports management system.
