摘　　要：城市文化建设与城市旅游发展,互为影响,互为制约,关系密切。城市文化建设推动了城市旅游的发展;城市旅游的发展客观上要求必须加快城市文化建设步伐;城市文化建设水平影响和制约着城市旅游的发展;城市旅游的发展期待着城市文化建设的创新与超越。城市文化建设、城市建设要与城市旅游协调发展。The urban cultural construction and city tour development are influencing, restricting each other, they are in close relation The urban cultural construction has promoted the development of city tour, The development of city tour requires objectively to accelerate the speed of the cultural construction, The urban cultural construction level is also influencing and restricting the development of city tour, The development of city tour needs the innovation and surmounting of the urban cultural construction.
