加氢法生产中高粘度环烷基食品级白油工艺研究

摘　　要：采用克拉玛依石化分公司高压加氢环烷基基础油,选用石科院开发的贵金属催化剂,可生产出中高粘度食品级白油,倾点低,低温使用性能好,颜色水白,粘度大,闪点高,应用范围广。其中KFW46、KFW150适用于做优质耐黄变橡胶油,其耐黄变性能、紫外线光、日光安定性均优于传统磺化工艺生产的食品级白油,且热安定性好。Taking high - pressure hydrotreated naphthenic base oil as the raw material, which is produced by PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company, and cooperating with noble metal catalyst developed by RIPP, the mid and high viscosity food grade white oils can be produced. And the developed oils have many merits, like low pour point, better low temperature performance, high viscosity and flash point, wide application, etc. The KFW46 and KFW150 of them can be used as excellent anti - xanthochromia rubber oil. The developed oils＇ anti - xanthochromia capability, the stability of ultraviolet irradiation and daylight as well as thermal stability are superior to the food grade white oils produced with traditional sulfonation technology.
