摘　　要：作为生产蓄电池聚乙烯隔板三大原材料之一的填充油,主要用于均匀混料和挤出成型等加工过程。对PE隔板横向伸长、抗老化等关键性能起着重要的作用。利用中国石油润滑油公司石蜡基、环烷基基础油资源优势,研制成功了与国外同类产品性能相当的PE隔板填充油,且通过了用户指定的蓄电池寿命试验,填补了国内PE隔板专用油品的空白。As one of three main feedstocks for manufacturing the PE separator of accumulator, the filling oil is mainly used for mixing the raw material evenly, extrusion and molding processes. It is important for horizontal elongation and anti - aging of the PE separator. By using the paraffinic and naphthenic crudes from PetroChina Lubricant Company, the PE separator filling oil which has same quality level as foreign oil is developed. This oil has pass the life testing of accumulator specified by customers, making up the blank of specialized PE separator filling oil in China.
