摘  要:作为高速光信号处理应用的一个分支,全光解复用技术涉及到半导体非线性光学多方面的问题,是实现高速光时分复用(OTDM)系统的关键技术之一。文章对现有的OTDM系统的全光解复用技术进行了综述,较为详细地描述了两类主流技术的工作原理,对两者的优缺点做了剖析。介绍了潜在的基于更高速全光开关的解复用新技术,并探讨了全光解复用技术的演进思路。As a branch application of high speed optical signal processing. The all-optical demultiplexing technology relates to many aspects of semiconductor non-linear optics and is one of the key technologies to realize the high-speed optical time-dividion multiplexing ( OTDM ) system. This paper gave a survey of current all-optical demuhiplexing technologies, the principles of operation of two predominant technologies have been described in detail, their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The potential demultiplexing technology based on higher-speed optical switch was also introduced and the evolution route of all-optical demuhiplexing technology discussed in this paper.
