摘  要:目的探讨出院患者回访工作中潜在的护患纠纷问题和防范措施,防止和减少纠纷的发生。方法通过对近3年38569例患者的回访过程中出现的一些问题和回访工作进行分析,找出可能发生纠纷的环节和原因,提出5项防范对策并落实。结果有效地防范了护患纠纷的发生。结论增强法律意识,认真细致地做好回访中的各项工作,可以防范护患纠纷的发生。Objective To discussion the latent nurse-patient disputes and the preventive measures in the return visit to the patients out of hospital. Release and prevent the happening of disputes. Methods Through analyzing the questions existed in the return visit of 38569 patients of our hospital in the recent 3 years and analyzing the return visit work, find out the possible lines and reasons of causing disputes and bring up 5 preventive measures and take those into practice. Results This efficiently prevented the happening of nurse-patient disputes. Conelusion Strengthen law consciousness, carefully do every work in the return visit, can prevent the happening of the nurse-patient disputes.
