摘　　要：主要描述了Delphi的三层结构并将其应用于医院信息系统的开发.给出了三层数据库程序设计原理,在分析三层分布式原理的基础上,采用了面向对象的软件设计方法探讨三层结构,给出了基于三层结构的医院信息系统的系统结构和功能模块设计思路,利用多层分布式应用服务组件等几个关键技术解决了系统开发过程中的一些问题.Delphi＇s three-tier structure is described and used in development of HIS（hospital information system）. The principle of program design in 3-tier database is given, object-oriented modeling technology is adopted, and system structure of 3-tier HIS and function module＇s design are discussed. In addition, multi-tier distributed application services suite and other key technologies are used to resolve the problems in the development of the system.
