摘  要:“五区图”控制理论是一种控制对象与传统“九区图”完全不同的、面向未来电力系统硬件架 构的全新电压无功综合控制原理。文中在控制模型、控制边界、动作非启动区、控制盲区等方面对 “五区图”进行了更深入的讨论和改进,给出了软件实现框图,明确提出了基于控制效果预算,以操 作优劣距离为判据,面向电压无功综合控制(VQC)装置实际操作动作的控制思想,控制动作有了 明确的判据,不再盲目,VQC装置动作选择更加合理。通过与“九区图”理论的比较表明,面向实际 操作动作的“五区图”原理,控制精度高,控制效果好,应用前景广阔。“Five-zone” theory is a new theory in the area ot voltage and reactive power synthetical control (VQC), With new control target and application to future structure of power system, it is different from the classic “nine-zone” theory. Further discussions and improvements on the “Five-zone” theory are made in this paper in aspects such as mathematical model, the boundary of “Five-zone”, static area and blind area of control. The control idea is definitely presented, which adopts the criterion of operation quality distance and is actual operation oriented. Then the VQC devices have an explicit criterion, the selection of operation is much more reasonable and no more blind. Compared with “nine-zone” theory, the results demonstrate that the improved “Five-zone” theory has higher precision and better effect on solving the problem of VQC, and has broad foreground in its application.
