上腹部超声检查在胃癌筛查中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经腹壁超声检查在胃癌筛查中的价值。方法对24例经病理证实为胃癌的超声学检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果24例中，发生于胃窦部10例，胃底及体部6例，以贲门部癌为主5例，全胃者3例；15例超声学检查显示胃壁呈局限性，9例表现为胃壁弥漫性增厚，2例肝转移，7例胃周淋巴结转移，2例腹水，3例胃内大量潴留液。结论经腹壁超声学检查在胃癌筛查中具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the clinic value of ultrasonography by abdominal wall to filtrate gastric cancer. Methods Ultrasonography findings in 24 patients with pathologically - proved gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of 24 case, the lesion was located at gastric antrum in 10 cases,at gastric bottom and body in 6 cases,at gastric cardia in 5 cases,at overall stomach in 3 cases. On ultrasonography, diffuse thichened（ n = 15） and segmental thichened gastric wall（ n = 9） were displayed. Hepatic metastasis（ n = 2）and lymph noduses（ n = 7）, ascites（ n = 2）and a large of residual liquid in stomach（ n = 3 ） were detected. Conclusions Ultrasonography by abdominal wall is a valuable modality for filtrating gastric cancer.
