摘　　要：二氧化硅气凝胶的制备主要经历溶胶．凝胶过程以及随后的超临界干燥过程。详细描述了这2个阶段的特点。并对不同干燥方法进行了比较。同时也对影响二氧化硅气凝胶结构和性质的因素进行了分析。The preparation of silica aerogels mainly includes sol-gel process and succedent supercritical drying. In this paper, the characters of these two processes are presented detailedly, and several different ways of drying are compared. The elements which influences the structure and characteristic of silica aerogels are analysed.
