摘 要:本实验所用涂层为磷硅酸盐玻璃系统,涂层以Sol-gel工艺制得。对该工艺制得的涂层于不同温度(700℃、800℃、900℃)下烧成后的各项性能进行比较,对涂层断面进行分析,以确定不同烧成温度下涂层-基体的界面状态。结果表明800℃烧成的涂层具有最好的综合性能:晶型简单;表面虽有裂纹存在,但基体并未裸露,实现了有效涂层的目的;层间扩散明显,涂层.基体界面处有良好过渡;与基体的结合强度高(2层为10.50MPa,4层为7.11MPa);在模拟体液(SBF)中浸泡30天后表面有大量羟基磷灰石(HA)生成,表明其具有良好的生物活性。In previous work, a bioglass (BG) coating which belongs to phosphoric silicate was deposited by sol-gel technology. Hereon the samples sintered at different temperature(700% ,800℃ and 900℃ ) were characterized respectively. Noted that we studied the samples' cross sections to determine the structure and composition of the coating-substrate interface. The result suggests that the coatings sintered at 800℃ present optimal integrated properties:they have clear crystallinity; they cover the substrate effectively despite the existing of the cracks ; there are obvious component gradient at the coatings-substrate interface indicating the elements diffused between layers during the sintering; the bonding strength is high( 10. 50MPa when deposited twice,7, llMPa when deposited four times) ; abundant HA aggregate on the surfaces of the samples after immersed in SBF for 30d, from this we can roughly predict that they have excellent bioactivity.
