大黑蚂蚁制剂对7500m有效意识时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨大黑蚂蚁提取液对缺氧耐力的作用。方法健康青年受试者15名，随机分为试验组（10名）和对照组（5名）。试验组服大黑蚂蚁提取液（玄驹口服液），每日两次，每次一支。对照组服安慰剂。分别于服药前和服药后第31天测量受试者的缺氧耐力，记录其在模拟7500m高度的有效意识时间、血氧饱和度以及心率、心电图变化。结果试验组服药30天后的有效意识时间（405．9±91．18）比服药前（283．2±85．6s）明显延长（P＜0．01），而对照组服药前、后无明显变化。试验组服药后有效意识丧失前3s的血氧饱和度（47．4％±5．2％）比眼药前（60．3％）有明显降低（P＜0.01），而对照组则无明显变化。两组服药前、后的心率及心电图T波高度均无明显差异。结论大黑蚂蚁制剂具有增强机体缺氧耐力的作用。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of big black ant extract(Xuan Ju Extract, XJE) on hypoxia tolerance. Metbods Fifteen healthy young men served assubjects, 10 experimental and 5 control. To experimental group, XJE was given orally (1 ampule bid)for one month, and to controls placebo was used instead. The time of useful consciousness (TUC) andthe blood O2 saturation level just before losing useful consciousness at simulated 7 500 m altitude wereexamined before and after administering a course of XJE (or placebo). Results In experimentalgroup, TUC was significantly prolonged(405. 9±91. 1 s) as compared with initial value (283. 2 s), andthe level of blood O, saturation just before losing useful consciousness was significantly lower (47. 4% ±5.2% ) than initial (60% ), while in control group TUC and level of blood O2 saturation just before los-ing useful consciousness did not changed obviously after a course of placebo. Conclusion Big blackant preparation can enhance hypoxia tolerance of human body.
