摘　　要：将标准乙型肝炎病毒 DNA 稀释系列进行斑点杂交,并放射自显影,扫描测定斑点密度,对斑点的 HBV-DNA 含量和其扫描密度进行曲线拟合,Logistic 曲线拟合效果极佳,可用于血清 HBV-DNA的定量检测。A quantitative test for serum HCV-DNA concentration was established.The known-concentrations of HBV DNA in a series of 2-fold dilutions were hybridized as standards in each run of dot-blot hybridization.Autoradio- graphic spots from these standards were transferred to density by scanning.The density of these spots has been demonstrated as a logistic function of HBV DNA concentration and the logistic curve,and thus is used as a standard curve for HBV DNA quantitation.
