摘　　要：通过对2005年在荷兰举行的世界青年锦标赛1/8赛的中、德之战的电视录像情景回放,引出国际足联本次比赛所试行的越位新规则。联系越位规则演进史,并遵循足球竞赛规则的演变与发展过程中始终体现的基本原则,对本次所试行的越位新规则进行了分析、探讨,并提出建议。Through the TV record of the game between China and Germany in 2005 World Youth Football Championships in Holland, the paper focuses on the FIFA＇s new rules of offside.
