摘　　要：正确地评价公路网结构的发展水平,可以衡量公路网结构与地区经济增长水平的适应性, 为公路网规划提供决策依据。选择科学的评价指标和评价方法是作出正确评价的前提。To correctly evaluate the development level of road netwok construction can measure adaptability between road network construction and growth of area economy, and can offer the decision basis for road network planning. To correctly select the measures of effectiveness and evaluation method is the first step of making correct evaluation.
