彩色多普勒组织成像定量分析心肌梗塞面积的实验研究

摘　　要：采用超声心动图多普勒组织成像新技术对５条犬心肌梗塞模型进行研究。通过冠状动脉结扎后６小时超声多普勒组织成像显示的左室总面积和心肌梗塞区面积与四唑氮蓝染色后组织切片的左室总面积和心肌梗塞面积对比分析，发现两者均高度相关（ｒ＝０．８８－０．９５，Ｐ＜０．００１）。以超声测定的梗塞区面积／左室短轴心肌总面积的比值与相应部位切片上测定的比值的相关性最佳（ｒ＝０．９５，Ｐ＜０．００１）。重复性检验示观察者间的误差率为３．６０％，观察者内的误差率为１．４０％。To evaluate the accuracy of color Doppler tissue imaging(DTI) on quantitative assessment of myocardial infarction,5 dog models of myocardial infarction using the new technique were studied.Four left ventricular short axis views including mitral valve,chordae tendinea,papillary muscle,and apex levels were obtained by Acuson 128XP/10 echocardiographic system with DTI.The area of myocardial infarction(AI)as well as the ratio between the area of infarction and the total area of the left ventricule(AI/AT)wera determined and compared with those obtained Nitro-BT stain tissue sections after 6 hours ligation of the left coronary artery.Good correlation existed between AT,AI and AI/AT determined by DTI and those measured by pathologic method(r=0.88-0.95,P<0.001).Reproductibility test showed the rate of error batween the observers was 1.4%.
