摘　　要：网络的推广,信息技术的发展,对图书馆在资源建设上提出了挑战,也提供了机遇。本文针对图书馆网络学术信息资源建设提出了资源采集的原则、方法以及网络学术信息资源的组织方式。此外还着重论述了图书馆在组织网络学术信息资源过程中应该注意的问题。With the popularizing of Intemet and the development of information technology, it brings forward challenge and also gives opportunity to the library in the resources construct. This passage provides the principles and methods of the searching and mode of organization of academic resources in the network environment, according to the construction of academic resources in the network of library. Moreover the author discusses several questions, which should be paid attention to the organizing of academic resources in the network environment.
