用回路法分析自动模切机双肘杆机构

摘　　要：为了研究模切机的双肘杆机构的运动规律,根据回路法的基本原理,提出了用回路法分析复杂连杆机构运动规律的方法,描述了回路法的基本原理与实际应用。用回路法分析模切机的双肘杆机构,避免了对机构的拆分。基于回路法建立了模切机双肘杆施压机构的运动数学方程,并绘出了双肘杆机构部分构件位移、速度、加速度的运动曲线。To research the motion law of the Dual - elbow - bar mechanism of die - cutting machine, according to the basic principle of loop method and its practical application , the loop method was mentioned to analyzed the motion of the complex linkage on the machine. The basic principle of loop method and its practical application was described. The motion of the dual - elbow - bar mechanism of the die - cutting machine was studied in total rather than researched each part respectively by separating the mechanism. Built up the sport mathematics equation of the elbow pole organization based on the loop method, and drew its displacement.velocity and acceleration exercise curve.
