摘　　要：阐述了防水材料的发展及防水材料的性能和特点.介绍了水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料--XYPEX的工作原理以及它的性能,并以实际工程说明了XYPEX防水材料的防渗效果.The development of waterproof material and the property and characteristic of waterproof material are espatiated. Cement based capillary crystaline waterproof materialworking principle and property of xypex are also introduced,and explaining seepage control effect of xypex waterproof material in the actual engineering.
