摘　　要：城市的建设过程是使用土地的过程,一个健康发展的城市很大程度体现在合理利用土地上,土地的问题成了城市发展的核心问题.近年随着经济体制转轨,产业结构的调整,城市建设和城市化进程也在急剧加速,导致城市土地无序扩展和蔓延.探讨城市土地可持续利用显得非常必要.The urban construction is a process of land utilization, the health development of a city is materialized on the land use in some extent. So that, the problems of the land use become the key problem of urban development. In recent years, with the economic system reforming and the economic structure adjustment, the processes of urbanization and urban construction are speed up rapidly, which induced urban land use in disorder and its spreading. To study the sustainable utilization of the urban land is essentiality issue.
