摘 要:针对某电厂发电机冷却水系统中的微生物进行了细菌种类鉴别、清洗剂和抑菌剂筛选及复配、清洗剂和抑菌剂对系统材质的腐蚀影响等试验,并进行了工业性清洗和冷态抑菌试验。试验结果表明:所选杀菌清洗剂清洗效果较好,48 h后系统菌膜已绝大部分被去除。所加抑菌剂能满足转冷水系统水质的电导和pH值,并使其正常运行;所加抑菌剂对转冷水水质的铜无影响,而对转冷水水质的铁略有影响;试验后微生物的数量明显减少。To solve the microbe problem in the generator rotor cooling system of a power plant, the experiments to specify the microbe species, to select and compound the cleaning chemical and the biocide, to find out the corrosion effect of the cleaning chemical and the biocide on the cooling water system material, as well as the experiments of industrial cleaning and cold state microbe inhibition were conducted. The results show that the biocide cleaning chemical selected has a good effect, with most of the microbes in the cooling water system eliminated. After the biocide is added, the requirements of the conductance and pH values for the cooling water system can still be met. The biocide has no negative effect on the Cu ions in the cooling water, while exerting some influence on the Fe ions.
