摘　　要：多年来,江苏省用电量一直保持快速增长态势,2001年以来增长率均超过15%,供电紧张制约了国民经济的发展,在电力资源总量一定的前提下,推行峰谷分时电价政策的电力需求侧管理,对缓解用电紧张的矛盾,确保国民经济的有序发展成果显著。详细介绍了峰谷时电价的推行过程、实施效果、经验、存在问题和建议,可供电力市场推行需求侧管理时参考。For successive years the power consumption in Jiangsu province keeps growing rapidly, with an average growth rate of more than 15% from 2001, and the power supply strain has restricted the development of national economy. With the overall power source remaining unchanged, it is an appropriate method to implement the time-of-use electricity price policy for easing the power consumption conflict and for ensuring the orderly development of national economy. The implementation process, the effects, experiences and existing problems of the time-of-use price policy are explained, and some suggestions are put forward.
