粉体聚丙烯酸类浆料的制备与性能

摘　　要：通过溶液聚合法、乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸液体浆料,对所合成的聚丙烯酸液体浆料经沉降、烘干、粉碎制取了粉体聚丙烯酸浆料。系统测试了所合成的聚丙烯酸液体浆料和聚丙烯酸粉体浆料对纯棉、纯涤及涤棉混纺粗纱的粘附力。实验结果表明,所采用的制取粉体聚丙烯酸类浆料的方法是可行的。Aqueous polyacrylic size was synthesized by solution or emulsion polymerization, then, the resultant product was converted into the powdery size through sedimentation, drying, and crush break. The adhesive strength with pure cotton, polyester and T/C blended roves of both the aqueous and powdery sizes were tested respectively, and the results showed that the preparation method of the powdery polyacrylic size is feasible.
