摘  要:利用正交试验初步分析了烧碱、过氧化氢和过硫酸钠在一浴汽蒸法前处理中的作用。结果表明,烧碱用量过高或过低都使织物强度降幅增大,织物白度和毛效均随着烧碱浓度的增加而提高;过硫酸钠用量增加,织物毛效明显提高,但用量高时织物白度降低;过氧化氢的用量为12 g/L已经足够,用量过大使织物强度降幅大。Using orthogonal experiment, a preliminary analysis was conducted of the effect of caustic soda, sodium persulfate, and hydrogen peroxide in one bath oxidative pretreatment of cotton fabric. The results showed that either excessive or inadequate amount of caustic soda will result in an increase in strength loss of the fabric. The whiteness and capillary effect improve with the increase of the concentration of caustic soda. Increasing the amount of sodium persulfate, the capillary effect is enhanced considerably. "But excessive amount of it reduces the whiteness. As for hydrogen peroxide, a dosage of 15 g/L has proved adequate. A larger dosage of it leads to increased strength loss of the fabric.
