高血压患者血清肿瘤坏死因子的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究高血压(EH)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平。方法采用酶标双抗体夹心(ELISA)法测定39例患者和30例正常人 TNF 水平,并分析 EH 不同期间血清 TNF 的变化。结果 EH 患者血清 TNF 水平显著高于正常人(P<0.001),EH 不同期间 TNF 水平差异显著(P<0.01),且随 EH 期别的增加 TNF 水平逐渐增高。结论 TNF 可能参与 EH 的病理变化过程,检测血清 TNF 水平可作为判断 EH 病情的有效指标之一。Aim To investigate the changes of tu- mor necrosis factor in patients with essential hyper- tension.Methods Serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF)in 39 patients with essential hypertension (EH)was measured by enzyme linked immune sand- wich assay(ELISA)technique,30 health people were as control,and the changes of serum TNF in patients with different phases were analysed.Results The level of serum TNF in patients with EH was higher than the controls(P<0.001),the difference of TNF in different phases was statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion TNF may participate the pathological changes of EH.
