摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定盐酸米诺环素胶囊及有关物质。采用C8柱,以0.2mol/L乙酸铵溶液-DMF-THF(600∶398∶2,含0.01mol/L乙二胺四乙酸二钠)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。米诺环素在0.1～2mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.6%。A HPLC method for determination of minocycline hydrochloride capsules and its related substances was established. A C8 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.2mol/L ammonium acetate-DMF-THF （600：398：2, containing 0.01mol/L EDTA-2Na）, at the detection wavelength of 280nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.1 - 2mg/ml .The average recovery was 99.9 % with RSD of 0.6 %.
