摘　　要：农村的传统观念,诸如无诉厌讼、男尊女卑、私力救济、家族伦理、世俗婚姻、亲情契约等等,具有自身的顽固性及缓慢演进性。深刻把握当今农村传统观念的现状及其与法治进程之冲突性,有助于推动法治化的进程。Traditional ideas, particularly ones in villages, such as no and against using laws, sexual discrimination, private relief, family ethics, natural marriage, blood contract, etc. , have pertinacity and slow-moving evolution themselves. For this, understanding the lawful circumstance in villages and the contract between traditional ideas and modern laws, the suggestions are given which will help the lawful building.
