摘  要:分析了含高浓度不凝组分蒸汽在立式螺旋槽管表面强制对流冷凝的传热机理。在不凝性组分体积百分浓度超过90%时,螺旋槽管的强化传热效果不明显,而含量为44%~90%时,螺旋槽管总换热系数比光滑管提高20%~35%。The physical model and mathematical analysis methods of vapor condensation in the presence of high concentration of noncondensable gas on the surface of the vertical spirally grooved tube based on film theory have been established. When the percentage concentration by volume is above 90%,the heat transfer enhancement effect of spirally grooved tube is not obvious, but when the range is in 44% ~90%, the total heat transfer coefficients can be increased by 20%~35%, as compared with the smooth tube.
