摘 要:对三环节 经济优化能量综合方法在喷雾干燥系统的应用进行了全面深入的研究,提出了适用于喷雾干燥系统的 经济调优法;改进了喷雾干燥器的PARTI模型,使之能够方便快捷地进行模拟计算;以干燥尾气为决策变量,在一定 经济边界条件G_(ui)和C_(uj)下,给出了喷雾干燥塔的 经济优化计算方法。工业实际用例数据表明,该法实用、思路清楚且运算速度快。The application of approach of 'three-link-model' exergoeconomic synthesis and optimization to spray drying system(SDS) is comprehensively and deeply explored and an exergoeconomic evolutionary method is put forward, which is suitable for SDS. Parti's model for the simulation of spray dryer is modified to facilitate the calculation and speed up. Based on the simulation and three-link-model, the author takes the temperature of exhaust as the determinative variable and gives an approach of exergoeconomic optunizing calculation of spray drying tower(SDT) under certain exergoeconomic boundary conditions (Cui and Cuj).The application of this procedure in industrial plant shows that it is practical, clear and with high speed in calculation.
