摘　　要：研制了玻璃成型模具用水性润滑涂料，克服了传统手工抹涂或机械喷油润滑金属模具的弊病。介绍了该涂料的制法。列举了涂料的性能指标，并比较了国内外几种润滑涂料的使用性能。讨论了涂料的组成对涂料使用性能的影响。简述了该涂料的施工方法及其应用。A water-based lubricant coatings for glass product moulding have been developed, avoiding a number of shortcomings of traditional lubricant oil procedures.This paper has described the preparation of this lubricant coatings, listed its technical specification and compared its application performance with several similar products at home and abroad. The influence of coating composition on its application performance was discussed, and application method and use were also given .
