摘  要:针对已有的基于潮流追踪的分摊方法很难实现损耗在电源和负荷之间的公平分摊,提出虚拟发电/负荷电流的概念以及基于电流分解的输电损耗分摊双向追踪算法。通过分别追踪电流的实部和虚部,在计算虚拟发电电流在各支路中分量的基础上得到各参与者对支路电流的贡献,最终实现功率损耗的分摊。将对地导纳支路电流等效为发电电流或负荷电流,按照比例分摊原则将充电功率分摊的损耗完全分摊给电源和负荷。通过正向和反向两次追踪可实现功率损耗在所有电源和负荷之间的分摊,两者分摊损耗的比例由系统的运行方式及其在系统中的电气位置共同决定。该算法适用于联营体运营模式以及联营-双边交易共存模式的网损分摊,也可对具有环流的网络进行处理。应用IEEE-14和WSCC-9母线系统描述了该方法的计算过程,多个系统的测试结果显示了该方法的有效性。Most of existing methods based on power flow tracing can't allocate loss fairly between generators and consumers. This paper presents the concepts of equivalent generator-current (EGC) and equivalent load-current (ELC), and a new method based on current decomposition and bi-directional trace. By tracing the real and imaginary current respectively, all participants' current components in each branch can be calculated on the basis of EGC and ELC. The loss caused by capacitive charging of transmission lines also can be allocated completely by regarding the current in the parallel branch as GC or LC. By positive and negative twice trace, transmission loss can be allocated to all the generators and consumers and the ratio of loss between them is determined by the operation modes of power system and their electric positions. It can be used in both Pool and Pool-bilateral electricity markets, and also can be applied in the systems with loopflow. The calculation process is demonstrated by IEEE-14 and other test systems. The results of several test systems show the efficiency of this method.
