摘  要:大气隙直线感应电机(气隙长度大于10mm)目前已经在地铁、轻轨中得到了很好的应用,在过山车、海盗船等大型游乐设备中也有很好的应用前景,其推力与法向力特性对系统性能很重要。该文介绍了该类电机的结构与设计所用的传统等值电路。通过实验证明,等值电路对计算电流与推力仍然有效,而法向力的计算与纵向边端效应对气隙磁场的影响则需要建立在有限元数值分析方法基础上;在此模型基础上分析了推力、法向力与电机初级电流大小、电流频率、气隙长度之间的关系。结果表明大气隙直线感应电机的法向力与推力之比小于普通直线感应电机,因此法向力基本不影响应用系统。该文的结论为此类电机的设计与应用提供依据。The large air gap linear induction motor (air gap length is over than 10mm) is well used in metro, light rail now, and also will have a nice future in amusement equipment such as big dipper, sea rover etc. Its' thrust and normal force characteristic are important to two kinds of application. The paper introduced its' construction and traditional equivalent circuit which were verified suitable to current and thrust calculation of this kind motor by experiment. In order to obtain normal force and lognitudinal end effect on airgap magnetic field, FEM was adopted. On base of them, the relations between thrust, normal force and current magnitude, current frequency, air gap length were studied. The results show the ratio of normal force to thrust in large air gap linear induction motor is lower than that in normal linear induction motor. Therefore, the normal force almost doesn't affect application system. As a result, they can supply a good theoretical base to this kind of motor design and application.
