摘  要:综述了80年代以来水性聚氨酯研究的新进展。介绍了单组分水性聚氨酯、双组分水性聚氨酯、水性聚氨酯改性材料的特点和主要合成方法。水性聚氨酯的合成方法,以丙酮法、预聚体扩散法和熔融分散法为主。单组分水性聚氨酯主要包括线型和交联型二种。为了获得较低温度下的优良性能,90年代双组分水性聚氨酯受到更多的重视,其研究重点是减少副反应,增加反应的选择性及在潮湿、低温环境下成膜。New progress in waterborne polyurethane since 80's has been reviewed. The features and preparation processes of one-component, two-component and modified waterborne polyurethane were described. The preparations of waterborne polyurethane are dominated by acetone method, prepolymer diffusion method and melten dispersion method. The one-component waterborne is classified into two systems, linear and crosslinking systems. Because of the excellent properties at lower temperature, the two-component waterborne polyurethane was paid greater attention in 90's.Researches are focused on reduction of side reactions,increase of reaction selectivity and film-forming at higher humidity and lower temperature.
