白术提取物对人肺癌PG细胞体外侵袭作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察白术提取物对恶性肿瘤增殖、黏附及侵袭的影响。方法:采用克隆形成实验、细胞黏附分析实验和细胞侵袭分析实验研究白术提取物对细胞增殖、黏附及侵袭能力的影响。结果:白术挥发油处理的PG细胞的单个细胞增殖的能力下降,白术挥发油和白术多糖处理的PG细胞的黏附能力及侵袭能力明显降低。结论:白术挥发油和白术多糖可降低PG细胞的侵袭能力。Objective： to investigate the effects of extract of largehead atractylodes rhizome on proliferation, adhesiveness and invasiveness of the cancer. Methods： cloning experiment, adhensiveness experiment and invasiveness experiment were used to investigate the effect of extract on the proliferation, adhesiveness and invasiveness. Results： volatile oil of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce proliferation of single PG cells, volatile oil and polysaccharide of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce adhesiveness and invasiveness of PG cells. Conclusion： volatile oil and polysaccharide of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce invasiveness of PG cells.
