健胎液改善胚泡着床障碍模型小鼠实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药健胎液对胚泡着床障碍模型小鼠胚泡着床以及子宫内膜形态学影响。方法:采用吲哚美辛引起的胚泡着床障碍动物模型,将实验动物分为正常组、中药组、模型组,观察妊娠第5天、第8天子宫内膜形态结构变化和妊娠第8天胚泡着床率、着床位点数。结果:中药组胚泡着床率、着床位点数同模型组比较明显升高。中药组妊娠第5天子宫内膜与模型组比较,内膜血管明显比模型组增加,炎性细胞明显减少,基质出现明显蜕膜样变,子宫内膜空泡、脂滴明显少于模型组。模型组妊娠第5天子宫内膜腔上皮受损,妊娠第8天腺上皮受损,中药组子宫内膜腔上皮、腺上皮均未见结构改变。结论:中药健胎液能改善子宫内膜微环境,促进胚泡着床。objective： to observed the effect of jiantai liquid （Chinese herbal medicine ,CHM） on implantation dysfunction of blastocyst in mice, and explored the possibility of mechanism of the Chinese recipe improving the micro environment for implantation. Methods： The anti-implantation models were established by indomethacin. The experimental mice were divided into a normal group, a CHM treating group and a model group. The morphological change of endometrium on day 5 and 8 of pregnancy were observed, and the implantation rate and the number of implantation sites were also detected. Results： It was demonstrated that the implantation rate and the number of implantation sites of the CHM group were significantly higher than that of the model group. Blood vessels in the endometrium of the CHM group were more abundant than those in model group. Endometrial leucocytic infitration in CHM group was less than that in model group. The lipid droplet and vacuolation on the endometriom of the mice on day 5 of pregnancy in CHM group was significantly less than the embryo implantation disfunction group. The luminal epithelium and glandular epithelium of the CHM group were not impaired. The decidual cell reaction was observed in the endometrium of the CHM group. The embryos of the CHM group were less developed as compared with those of the normal group. Conclusion： It is suggested that jiantai liquid could improve the micro environment of endometrium during pre-implantation and promote embryo implantation.
