摘　　要：产权在经济学与法学中具有不同的价值和含义,西方经济学界往往从不同的角度对产权进行界定,我国经济学界和法学界对产权也有不同的认识。从法律背景来说,经济学的产权概念是英美法系的。The property right has different meaning in economics and in legal science. In the western economics circle they often define the property right from different angles, and in our country, there are also different understanding for the property right both in the economics circle and in the law circle. As for legal background, the conception of the property right in economics belongs to the common-law system.
