硫双灭多威高效液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：本文采用Ｃ１８色谱柱，乙腈＋水为流动相、紫外检测器、内标法对硫双灭多威进行高效液相色谱分析研究。结果表明：硫双灭多威含量测定的回收率在９９．６８～１００，１６％之间，变异系数为０．３７％。A new analysis method of thiodicard by high performance liguid chromatography was developed. Using E1250-020 C18 column,ultraviolet absorption detector, and acetonitrile/water as mobile phase,the recoveries and coefficients of variation were 99. 68￣100.16% and 0.37%,respectively.
