摘　　要：规制企业破产逃债行为,保护债权人公平受偿权是破产法亟需解决的基本问题。实践中企业利用破产逃债表现多种多样,需要从法律视角提出规制这类行为的对策。Controlling the action of some enterprises＇ avoiding the debt and protecting the creditor＇s interest of gaining fair payment is the basic problem needing to solve by the law of bankruptcy. The phenomenon of avoiding the debt is exposed and some countermeasure and advice to control these actions are brought up in accordance with the law of bankrupt in effect and the bill of bankrupt being discussed by our congress.
