摘　　要：本文研究了以５％ＯＶ－１０１／ＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＷ－ＡＷＤＭＣＳ（６０～８０目）为固定相，以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物，气相色谱法测定菌核净原粉。该方法操作简便快速、准确度和精密度均较好，可作为产品质量控制和检测方法。In this paper,the determination of dimethachlon,using 6×1. 5×1500 glass column packed with 5% OV-101/Chrornosorb W-AW DMCS(60￣80mesh),has been studied. Diamyl phthalate was used as internal standard for determination of dimethachlon with correction factor fw.A=1.57±0. 06 and fw. h=0. 99±0. 07 (α=0. 05, n=6 ). It is a simple,fast and accurate method for determination of dimethachlon.Five-time analysis of a same sample gave a mean content of 90. 13 with the method standard deviation 1.00, and a coefficient of variation of 1.11%.The recovery of the method was 99. 54￣102. 6%
