涕灭威的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：本文报道了用正相高效液相色谱法，用乙酸乙酯、正己烷混合溶剂为流动相，采用外标法，测定涕灭威颗粒剂中涕灭威的含量。标准偏差为０．０６，变异系数为１．２％，回收率为９８．０～１００．９％，线性相关系数为０．９９９６。The quantitative analysis of aldicarb granule by HPLC with the mixture of ethyl acetate and hexane as mobile phase was developed.The variation coefficient,recovery and coeffcient of linear correlation were 1.2%,98.0%￣100. 9% and0.996respectively.
