摘  要:用自制的酚醛树脂热解炭作炭源,用SiO2纳米微粉作硅源,根据碳热还原原理,利用常规加热和微波加热两种方式,分别制备了SiC纳米微粉.X射线衍射、分析电镜检测结果表明:制备工艺和条件对SiC纳米微粉的性质有较大的影响.A method for formation of nanometer powder from resin char was described. Namometer SiC powder was syothesed by the reduction of SiO2 with C in an atmosphere of nitrogen. Nanometer SiO2 powder, phenolformaldehyde resin and resin char were used as starting materials. The properties of the powder were determined by means of XRD, TEM, and so on. The results show that technique and condition for preparing samples have obvious effects on the powder characteristics.
